The ‘Anti-Copenhagen’ tour guide is a sartorial take on how travel bloggers create ‘city guides’ on their social media platforms. We wanted to show Copenhagen in a new light contradicting it’s title as a hip cool summer city, by showcasing places these influencers would never suggest. From the most tourist location possible (the little mermaid) to the most ludicrous recommendation (going to Copenhagen to eat pasta and getting a tattoo on the whim) the editorial aims to make it’s audience question the simplicity of the highlight reel that is tour guides through social media. i.e Copenhagen is more than just a cool city, it has it’s dodgy parts too. And what better way to frame Copenhagen’s character than to show these aspects.
